Early Eagles - Our Program

Our Early Eagles Wrap-Around Care has been designed especially for Preschool Students. We build a strong foundation for early learners to support and extend the Preschool curriculum and introduce many of the academic standards that are covered in the Kindergarten classroom. The developmentally appropriate curriculum is delivered by a certified teacher and follows the Michigan Grade Level Contents. Our focus remains on literacy, developing vocabulary, and include phonic instruction. The focus of Early Eagles is to prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for the many joys and challenges that Kindergarten brings.

Ideal for Young 5 Students

-We build a strong foundation for early learners to support and extend the Young Five classroom through a variety of developmentally appropriate experiences. We utilize individual attention, small group experiences and centers.
-Taught by a certified teacher and teacher's assistant who stay with your child throughout their Early Eagle day to make the transition easier. Students attend the opposite days of their Young 5 classroom.
-Breakfast and hot lunch available during the day.

Ideal for Preschool

-We build a foundation for early learners to support and extend the Preschool classroom through a variety of developmentally appropriate experiences.
-Preschool students have the opportunity to attend before or after their preschool session.
-Convenient wrap-around extended child-care so Preschoolers can enjoy the comfort and security of Kent City Elementary.
-Breakfast and hot lunch available during the day.
